Paying for your treatment
Pay on the day
Our clinics require payment on the day of your treatment or appointment. You can pay by eftpos, credit card, online banking or cash.
Your invoice has details of the total cost of your treatment or appointment. You can pay directly on your invoice by credit card if you prefer. Please note there is a 2.9% surcharge for credit card payments. International cards incur a further 1%.
If your treatment is covered by your health insurance provider, any shortfall is payable by you.
An admin fee of $35 may be added if your invoice is not paid by the due date.
After we have emailed or posted you a reminder letter, a collections fee of 25% will be added if we engage a collections agency to collect your overdue invoice.
