Dispatch
We aim to get your order on its way as soon as payment shows in our account (weekdays only).
We use couriers, non-signature.
All prices include goods and services tax (GST) as shown at checkout.
Shipping is $10.50 flat-rate New Zealand wide, including rural. Free shipping over $150.
Sorry, we don't ship to other countries.
Returns and exchanges
If your goods arrive damaged, the product is faulty or we've sent the wrong product, we will replace them and refund the postage. Please email us within seven days of receipt and return the item to us in its original packaging. Please include your order reference number, with your name and address, and send as tracked postage.
If you've ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, we'll refund or exchange it but we can't replace products that have been opened or used. The postage is on you this time.

Before using this product for the first time always read the ingredients. If you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients do not use this product. Not to be taken. Do not apply to irritated skin. Avoid contact with your eyes.
